Welcome to Fits by Ronnie. We are committed to delivering quality, made-to-measure garments with a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policies below before placing an order.
1. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Custom Orders
Standard production time: 7–14 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of accurate measurements.
Complex or bulk orders may require additional time. If so, we will communicate the revised timeline in advance.
Ready-to-Wear
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
Please note that public holidays, high-demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances may affect production or delivery timelines.
2. Shipping Policy
- We deliver across Nigeria using trusted logistics partners.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and communicated before your order is confirmed.
- Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
- Fits by Ronnie is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
Because most of our garments are custom-made to each client’s measurements, all custom orders are non-refundable.
However, if:
- You receive the wrong item, or
- Your item arrives damaged due to our error,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.
Minor fitting adjustments resulting from production errors by Fits by Ronnie will be made at no additional cost. We are unable to offer refunds or free alterations for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer or changes in preference after production has begun.
